Our Quality Manager evaluated 3 popular bag discharge dispensers to see which was the best overall for our customers. He tested each with a filled bulk bag to evaluate usage based on durability, ease of use, and overall performance, and he ranked these on a scale of 1-5. Based on his testing, Fledbag was the top candidate! Check out his reviews below:

HOWUXZO

OVERALL: 3/5

Durability: 4/5

Ease of Use: 3/5

Price: $129.99

NOTES:

Had to build this one entirely with no instructions. No instructions on how to use it either. All nuts and bolts came in a ziplock bag and missing a nut and bolt as well.

It worked fine but the way the open valve is set up I wouldn’t use it for any powder type of material due to the slight gaps. This one is 10lbs and when you get to the bottom of the bag you have to move around the dispenser to get the remainder out of the bag. Struggled a little bit to get on the bag but overall fine.

Fledbag

Stars: 4.5/5

Durability: 4/5

Ease of use: 5/5

Price: $265.00

NOTES:

Comes fully built except for one bolt and one nut which needs assembled for opening valve. Instructions on the box and in the box. In their instructions they also mention using this for the big bags from ISO 21898, which is a good addition.

This one went right on. Overall, I had no issues and was very easy to use. No negative comments.

Dynaflow

Stars: 4.25/5

Durability: 3.5/5

Ease of use: 5/5

Price: $224.99

NOTES:

Instructions in box only. Assembly same as Fledbag model.

Was just as easy to use as the Fledbag model. The frame was slightly smaller which leads me to believe it will have slightly lower durability and the point at the top looked a little more worn compared to the Fledbag model.

The more positive thing this model had was the lever lock ring that came with it. This is for anytime you need to use it on a spout. Not a huge bonus since it already does what a spout does but if someone has a bigger spout than what they can control this is perfect for that.
